KEN'S JOURNEY TO BETTER HEALTH AND WELLNESS

So, for those of you who don’t know me, my name is Ken Rossics and I have had quite the personal health and wellness journey over the past 40 years. As you can see in the photos displaying my physical appearance from childhood to today, I totally understand the roller coaster ride that personal health and wellness can be. At my heaviest, I was about 260 pounds – maybe heavier as I simply stopped weighing myself. Not great.

I turned 50 years old in 2023 and weigh less than I did when I was in middle school! I have been about 100 pounds heavier than I am right now. Believe me, I know the trials and tribulations that go along with being overweight, lethargic, unmotivated, and wanting to find every excuse as to why I looked and felt that way. I finally figured out what works for me and I can help you do the same.

Yeah, shit is NOT easy. Do my joints hurt? YES. Do I get sore? YES. Do I get frustrated with my results? YES. Do I keep going? ABSOLUTELY – each and every day.
